M3 Eagle, the planning name for the master-planned community by M3 Companies, is slated to be constructed in the Foothills north of Eagle, Idaho, over a 20-year span. At build-out, M3 Eagle is anticipated to include a maximum of 7,153 homes and 245 acres of commercial, office and business uses, and over 2,400 acres of open space, which accounts for approximately 40% of the master plan.
