M3 COMPANIES EXPANDS EAGLE, IDAHO OFFICE; ANNOUNCES NEW HIRE

EAGLE, Idaho – M3 Companies, a diversified real estate and development firm, continues to expand its presence and home base in Idaho with the hiring of Mark Tate, the newest addition to its Eagle office.

As project manager for M3 Eagle, a proposed master planned community in the North Eagle Foothills, Tate is charged with managing and coordinating planners, engineers, architects and other consultants to help prepare and implement the M3 Eagle master plan. Tate also will assist in developing design criteria and development standards, and managing the design review and compliance process.

Originally from Boise, Idaho, Tate previously worked as a project manager for The Corky McMillan Companies, a home builder and real estate developer in Calif. He received his bachelor’s degree in management science from the University of California, San Diego. Tate also was an All-American swimmer his junior and senior years.

About M3 Eagle:
M3 Eagle is a proposed 6,005-acre master planned community in the North Eagle Foothills. The thoughtfully designed community will embrace a live/work environment providing a variety of housing, employment, recreational, educational, equestrian, open space and cultural opportunities. Developed in five phases, the first phase is expected to begin in early 2010. In addition to Eagle, Idaho, M3 Companies has offices in Phoenix Ariz., Prescott, Ariz., and Castle Rock, Colorado. An office in Wickenburg, Ariz. is expected to open later this year.
